Alicia Amira has undergone countless procedures and spent thousands of dollars chasing a single goal: to make herself look as much like a plastic sex doll as humanly possible. To help fund her constant surgeries, she makes a living as a cam girl, performing for private clients while trying to pioneer a new genre of pornography she calls “bimbo porn.”
