On the next episode of VICELAND's show GAYCATION, Ellen and Ian meet up with India's latest pop sensation, The 6 Pack Band, a singing group comprised of hijras, or people who identify as neither male, nor female. The group takes the hosts back to their small hijra village to discuss how their music has brought awareness and acceptance to the country's third gender community.
