On a new episode of VICELAND's BONG APPÉTIT, James Beard Award–winning chef Bryant Terry joins Abdullah Saeed to whip up the show's first completely vegan dinner. Bryant's a pioneer of the Afro-vegan movement—cooking traditional dishes of the African diaspora without meat or animal products—and Abdullah pairs his cooking expertise with a deep knowledge of infusing food with THC.
