After staying completely quiet about the hurricane crisis in Puerto Rico, President Trump finally took a short breather from badmouthing the NFL to comment on the US territory's state of emergency. He did that in a flurry of tweets on Monday that also blamed Puerto Rico's infrastructure, brought up debts owed to Wall Street, and congratulated himself without offering any comforting words to the people suffering the aftermath of the horrific natural disasters.
